Registration Overview

Step 1: Get the following information

Registration Bullets

Step 2: Country Selections

The second form has a matrix showing which countries are represented on which General Assembly committees. Please review this information carefully, and afterwards select which countries you would most like to represent. We will do everything we can to assign you at least one of your preferences.

Step 3: Specialized Agency Selections

This is the last form. It is a list of all Specialized Agency committees. Please check the positions that you would most like to represent.

Reviewing Your Registration

After you have completed the forms, you will be able to log onto our web site's Review Registration page to submit changes, add or drop delegates, and access research information such as background guides. Your registration is not confirmed, however, until your registration deposit is received. An invoice and/or receipt may be printed from this website after logging in.

Keeping Up-To-Date

Once you register, your school will be added to our mailing list and you will receive emails to keep you updated with the latest news about the conference. If you would like to sign up for this mailing list prior to registering for the conference, please go to the Email Sign Up page and enter your name, your school affiliation, and your email address.

If you have any problems with online registration, please contact our Director of Technology, Joshua Karp. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Chargeé D'Affaires, Ilsa Tinkelman.

The Fine Print

Late Fees: A late fee of five dollars for each unpaid delegate will be imposed on all schools that have completed the registration process by the close of registration on September 25th, 2010, but have not submitted their Installment Payment.

Position Selection: We cannot guarantee any country assignment or placement on any committee.

Financial Terms and Conditions: The entire school fee and one half of the delegate fee are due by registration close on September 25th, 2010 ("Installment Payment"). The remainder of fees, outlined herein, must be paid in full at registration on the first day of the conference, November 12th, 2010. Under no circumstance will the school fee be refunded. The WMHSMUN Secretariat must be notified by October 30, 2010 of any dropped delegates in order to receive a refund of delegate fees for dropped delegates. No fees will be refunded after the October 30, 2010 deadline. If an entire delegation drops from participation, only half of delegate fees will be refunded, so long as the conference is notified of the decision not to participate by October 30, 2010. For avoidance of doubt, under no circumstance will school fees be refunded once paid. No fees will be refunded after November 1st.
